These terms explain the basic rules for using the current version of Vzlamade as a B2B platform. They reflect the real state of the product and do not add commitments that are not currently supported.
Vzlamade provides a B2B marketplace to discover suppliers, publish RFQs, respond to quotes, and manage commercial relationships inside the platform.
Use of the site does not guarantee commercial closings, continuous availability, legal validation of counterparties, or logistics and financial execution beyond what the product expressly supports.
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with their account or their organization's account.
If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify us through the published contact channel and stop sharing credentials or sensitive links.
You must publish truthful information about your company, products, RFQs, and any document submitted for verification or support processes.
You may not use the site for fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized automated extraction, misleading publication, or activities that harm other business users.
Marketplace verifications or trust signals help review accounts and profiles, but they do not replace the commercial or legal due diligence that each company must perform.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content, pause accounts, or request additional information when marketplace integrity requires it.
The directory includes listings of Venezuelan companies that Vzlamade publishes from publicly available information (their website, social accounts, catalogues and industry directories). Those listings are marked “Unclaimed profile”, carry no contact details and no personal names, and publishing one implies no business relationship between Vzlamade and the company, nor that the company provided the information.
The company can claim its listing to take it over, or ask us to remove it. We honour removal requests without asking for a reason: the listing stops being published, its address stops resolving, and the company is added to an exclusion list so that no later import republishes it. Both requests are made from the links on the listing itself or by writing to contacto@vzlamade.com.
The site may load Google Tag Manager in production only when the visitor accepts optional cookies, and carries no advertising. Operational details are published on the privacy and cookies pages.
We may update these terms when the product changes materially. If your organization needs specific conditions, you must request them separately before relying on them.
